If you have many time zones in your list and you don't want to see them all at a time, you can collapse some of them.

This is the date of the appointment you are going to plan. Normally you will set the date in your own time zone, but if you will you can set every date in every time zone.

Every listed Time Zone has its own Time and Date field. This is the NOW in that time zone.

If you click this button the time zone will be deleted from the list.

Here you can change the state of a zone from expanded to collapsed and viceversa.

This will synchronize the date and time of the other zones to this one.

You don't have to set this field manually. It will be checked/unchecked automatically depending on the date/time of your appointment.
