You have to push this button to download the latest information about the licenses.

When you update the license information (press the button "update licenses information") the program connects to a server and the available licenses appear in the grid.
 
If the server is not available or you don't let the program access the internet then you will not be able to see any position in the grid and you can not purchase the license you need.

Click on button "add to basket" and the item will be added to your order.
As you can notice, in the description of the ordered license the hardware-ID for your computer has been automatically added.
 
If you double click on a position you will be able to change the hardware-ID for the ordered position.
This will allow you to order the licenses for different computers committing just one order.
Pay attention not to make mistakes in submitting the hardware-ID, otherwise the license file will not work.
